In January, we will start the next 8-week session of Mindful Living. This is the 3rd time I am offering this material. The last two times, we referenced a book by Williams and Penman. During this session, we will reference Mindfulness: A Practical Guide by Tessa Watt. In addition to working through the book independently, you will receive guidance and “weekly work” from me and you will be part of a small group all working through the material together.
This session will run January 8 – March 2, 2018. While I will give you “weekly work,” including sharing of your experiences and discussion, there is no commitment to specific times of each week you must participate. Weekly discussions will take place in our private Facebook group and you can participate throughout the week at whatever times best fit your schedule!
Finally, feel free to share the attached information with anyone (over 16 years old) you know who might be interested in participating. We can have up to 10 participants in a session at a time. I am passionate about sharing the practice of mindfulness and growing the community of those who are committed to living a more mindful life! I continue to work and grow in my own mindfulness practice- it is truly an ongoing journey. Some days living mindfully comes easier than others… having support and a community to grow with is invaluable!
